It is our purpose through this HCF AminoScience, LLC (“HCF”, “we”, “us” or “our”) Privacy Policy (“Policy”) to describe the types of information we collect about you and why we collect that information. What Information Do We Collect?
We collect identifiers and contact information. As an example, we may collect your name and mailing address when you register on our site or apps. We may also collect your email address or phone number. We also collect online identifiers, such as your social media user identifier, if you engage with us through a social networking site.
We collect payment information. If you make purchases with us, we (or our third-party payment services providers who process credit cards for us) may collect your billing information. This includes your credit card number and billing address.
We collect information you submit or otherwise supply or enable us to collect. We collect the information you post in a public space on our site. This includes comments and videos or photos. We also collect any other information you may provide to us or authorize us to collect. This may include information about your physical activities or your dietary preferences. We collect information about your interests and demographic information. We may collect information such as your age and gender, household or lifestyle information, and your ZIP Code.
We collect internet and other electronic network activity information, such as equipment and usage information. We may collect information about the browser you are using, and we may look at what site you came from, or what site you visit when you leave us. We may also collect information about your operating system, Internet Service Provider (ISP) information and IP addresses and other device identifiers, such as mobile device identifiers. We collect geolocation information. Through the use of technologies such as GPS or Wi-Fi, we may collect information about your location. As an example, if you use our mobile apps, we may access your device’s location information to provide you location-based features.
We collect job application information, such as education information and professional or employment-related information. We collect information if you apply for a job with us. This information may include your education and work history, your skills, and qualifications for the job opening. We may ask how you learned about the position. If necessary, we may also ask about your driving record and your ability to perform the work. We may also collect information about your nationality or the last four digits of your social security number.
We collect information about third parties. We may offer features that help users invite their friends or contacts to use the Services, and we may collect contact details about these invitees so we can deliver their invitations. Please do not refer someone to us or share their contact details with us unless you have their permission to do so.
How Do We Collect Information?
We collect information directly from you. We collect information from you when you:

- create an account on one of our sites or apps;
- submit a job application;
- sign up for our email newsletters, marketing text messages and other notifications;
- take part in promotions such as contests or sweepstakes;
- participate in one of our surveys;

We may combine or de-identify some information provided by third parties so that it does not identify you. Combined and de-identified data are not subject to this Privacy Policy.
We aggregate information from different sources. For example, we may aggregate information we have collected offline with information we collect online. We combine information we have collected across third-party sites, including social networking platforms. We aggregate information across devices such as computers and mobile devices. We may also aggregate information from third parties with information we already have. We may use this information to generate statistical reports about you and for the other purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
How Do We Use The Information We Collect?
We use information to help us effectively provide you products and services. We use your information to answer your questions or enable you to take part in our programs, including contests or sweepstakes. Your information may also be used to process your registration with sites and apps. We may use your friends’ email addresses to provide them information at your request. We also use your information to process orders for you. We may also contact you about products and services you have requested, or if you have won a prize or promotion.

How Do We Share Your Information?
We share information with our business partners and third-party vendors. For example, your information may be shared with our joint promotion partners. If you enter a joint promotion, your information may be collected by both us and the third party. This might include retailers. We will use your information as described in this Policy and promotion partners will use your information as described in their policies. We may disclose information to a successor owning all or part of our business. We may share your information with a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution, or other sale or transfer of our business, whether as a going concern or as part of a bankruptcy, liquidation, or similar proceeding, in which your information is among the assets transferred. While we will endeavor to require the successor company to maintain this Privacy Policy, we cannot guarantee that our Privacy Policy will remain in effect.

You Have Certain Choices About How We Use Your Information
You can opt out of email marketing. To stop receiving our newsletter or marketing emails, follow the unsubscribe instructions included in these emails. If you opt out of receiving marketing email communications, you may continue to get non-marketing email communications from us where allowed by law.
You can opt out of SMS marketing text messages. To stop receiving any promotional text messages that you have authorized us to send you, you can opt out by texting the single keyword command “STOP”. For help, reply “HELP” to any text message you receive from us.

Do-Not-Track Signals and Similar Mechanisms. Some web browsers offer a "Do-Not-Track" ("DNT") signal that is a HTTP header field indicating your preference regarding tracking or cross-site user tracking. Although we're currently unable to honor DNT signals, we can assure you that we do not collect personal information when you visit our sites or apps unless you provide such information to us.
You can control tools on your mobile devices. For example, you can disable the GPS locator or push notifications on your phone. To change the push notifications you get from our app, you can adjust your preferences in your profile.
You may have other choices under state laws. Depending on where you are located, you may have other rights, such as being entitled to request access to your personal information or to request the removal of your personal information.
All requests should be submitted as described in the “Feel Free to Contact Us If You Have More Questions Or Comments” section of this Privacy Policy. These rights are not absolute. Applicable law may require or permit us to decline your request. If we decline your request, we will tell you why, subject to legal restrictions. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
Children’s Privacy
HCF Services are not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect, use or disclose personal information from children under 18. If you are a parent or legal guardian and think that your child under 18 has given us information, you can contact us at www.stayhcf.com/contact and we will delete the information as soon as possible. Security Measures
We have implemented various organizational and technical measures to secure our websites and apps. However, no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained in our websites and apps.
In order to protect our website and other features, we use Google reCAPTCHA provided by Google Inc. (“reCAPTCHA”) for all visitors. We employ reCAPTCHA to check whether data is entered into our forms by a person or by an automated program, script or bot. reCAPTCHA analyzes the behavior of the person entering the data using various features. This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website is accessed. For analysis, reCAPTCHA evaluates various information (e.g., IP address, browser type, settings, and plugins, URL of the referring website, time spent on the respective website, mouse movements, input characteristics of the data entry, including speed, sequence and selection of inputs, etc.). The data collected during the analysis is forwarded to a Google server, where it is stored and evaluated. Your use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. Our Services Are Intended For A United States Audience
The Sites are subject to the laws of the United States, and are intended for the enjoyment of residents of the United States. HCF makes no representation that the Sites are governed by or operated in accordance with the laws of any other country. Given that we are an international business, our use of your information necessarily involves the transmission of data on an international basis. If you are located in the European Union, Canada or elsewhere outside of the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Sites, or providing us with any personal information, you (a) acknowledge that the Sites are governed by the laws of the United States, (b) consent to the collection, processing, maintenance and transfer of such information in and to the United States and other applicable territories in which the laws regarding processing of personal information may be less stringent than the laws in your country, and (c) waive any claims that may arise under those laws.
We May Provide Third Party Links To Sites Or Apps We Do Not Control
We may provide links and otherwise allow you to access entities’ websites, products and services that are not controlled or operated by us. When you click on a link to any other website or location, you will leave our site and go to another site, and another entity may collect personal data or anonymous data from you. Third party content may include tools such as cookies, pixel tags and other tracking technologies. We do not control third parties' collection or use of your information to serve targeted advertising or analytic purposes. Specify in your letter that you are a California resident making a “Shine the Light” inquiry. Please be aware that not all information sharing is covered by the “Shine the Light” requirements. We may request specific information from you to help us confirm your identity. This information may vary depending on your relationship with us. If you elect to use an authorized agent registered with the California Secretary of State to take actions in relation to your personal data, we may request evidence that you have provided such an agent with power of attorney or that the agent otherwise has valid written authority to act on your behalf. HCF will not discriminate against you based upon your exercise of any of these rights.
Nevada Residents
According to Nevada law, customers may “opt out” of the sale of certain personal information, called “covered information.” Although we do not “sell” “covered information” of Nevada “consumers” as those terms are defined by Chapter 603A of the Nevada Revised Statutes, you may contact us by email at hello@stayhcf.com and provide your name, email address, and Nevada resident address to be verified and exercise your opt-out rights in the event we do sell covered information under that law in the future. Should your contact information change at any point, you may contact us in the same manner to update your information. Our Do Not Track Policy: Some web browsers offer a "do not track" signal that allows you to instruct a website not to track you. Because the standards for these signals are still under development, we currently do not take action in response to these signals. Blocking cookies might affect certain features on our sites.
