Sealing fluid to prevent leaks.

We apply sealing fluid to the seam where the cap and body meet. This fluid acts as an adhesive to bind the two parts together. The sealing fluid creates an additional layer of protection so that the capsule remains intact and its contents stay secure.

We gently apply heat to fuse the capsule.

The final step involves gently applying heat to fuse the cap and body of the capsule together. The heat causes the sealing fluid to set and the capsule materials to bond, creating a seamless and leak-proof seal.
