"I've always been very active, and my mind is quick to wander and jump from one thing to another. So, I started looking for something that could help me and tried various vitamins. I had fallen into a pattern and simply could not go to sleep before midnight. Because of that, I had to set several alarms in the morning and would hit snooze without hesitation.
After I started taking HCF A20®, I noticed that I slept considerably better. After some time, I was getting tired between 10 and 11 pm and fell asleep before midnight.
I woke up more easily and haven’t had to hit snooze in a while, which is unbelievable for me. I simply wake up and find it easier to get out of bed. I have more energy during the day, and by evening I’m completely spent—so I fall asleep earlier, which is great.
As for my studies, I find it easier to sit down and actually finish something. Even though I still notice that my mind wanders a bit, I’m able to accomplish more than before, and I’m not jittery all day long either.
