"I’m a 37-year-old mother with attention challenges, which wasn't too bad until I also discovered other health challenges.

My issues are not a good combination. At 35, I started taking traditional products to try to slow down a bit. It works somewhat, except I’m quite restless, sometimes rather sluggish, and often have trouble sleeping.
