“...Overall, it was a good experience. I'm not sure if I felt more relaxed, though. I did experience a couple of side effects, such as headaches and diarrhea. Remembering when to take it was challenging for me, and I didn't enjoy the frequent trips to the bathroom. I think it would be more convenient if you could take A20® at any time throughout the day, instead of just in the morning.”
